I am an employee of TN185-Comfort Suites Morristown, TN. Family members & I had the extreme PLEASURE of staying at CI Nashville. Medical reasons brought us to Nashville. The hotel & staff was the greatest--especially answering my stupid questions. I had worked all night (audit) & been up all day. The room was just awesome & it felt wonderful to finally lay down. The breakfast was great too. Thanks, too, for honoring the SED & LFF rates. It was a great help to all of us. My in-laws (the patient's wife/kids) stayed at your property on Fri 5/30. They were equally impressed and appreciative for a great room and good night's rest before travelling back home on Sat. I will certainly recommend TN404 to anyone who asks. If I lived in Nashville I would be proud to work at this property. It surpasses my property by far. Thanks again for everything. If my family had lodging needs again we will certainly choose TN404 again. Have a great day!!!

I made sure that when I checked out on Monday morning that I told the staff how wonderful our trip was because of where we stayed. The manager remembered where we lived and where we had just come from. That was great personal contact with the customers.

This 1 not the most comfortable, luxurious, etc., but can''t always afford that - a much-needed alternative when you are going for a fun, not-budget-breaking excursion-Comfort Inns can be luxurious, too, if that''s what you desire.

It was good, the room was clean, we had plenty of towels (which hardly happens at any hotel), no one bothered us, frontdesk was friendly, the price was GREAT!!

Very nice property, found it on takeyourpet.com and will reccommend it to anyone I know traveling to Nashville.  The location is great, also.

Room had just been painted and was very clean.  Breakfast was more than excellent(a great variety to choose from).  Excellent location for the price.
